74GISC – Inside Sales (entry level)

Entry Level – Inside Sales Consultant.  NO TELEMARKETING.

We are a leader in medical technology located in Bergen County, NJ. Our medical equipment is used in hundreds of hospitals and thousands of EMS units in every market around the country. We are seeking the right candidate to fill our available position of Inside Sales Consultant.

Our Inside Sales Consultant will act as a business development professional (door opener), generating qualified meetings for our sales team by contacting a targeted prospect list (outbound) and following up on inquiries/trade show leads (inbound). Success in this position is achieved through employment of skills including: networking, research, managing/updating CRM, updating messaging scripts and more. This is a B2B lead generation position, not telemarketing.

Our ideal candidate will have (required):

  • 2+ years demonstrated success in sales, client services or other customer facing role.
  • A college degree in sales, marketing, psychology or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office Suite, Webinar/online meeting software, etc.
  • The discipline to maintain a consistent schedule and document all activities in CRM system.
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • A demonstrated work ethic and attention to detail.
  • A Positive attitude, even in the face of rejection.

This is a fulltime, W2 employee position reporting directly to our VP of Sales. Position is located at our Bergen County, NJ offices.

We offer competitive salary + no cap commission, 401k, Profit Sharing program, Medical Benefits, Paid time off.  Expected earnings at plan for year one – $40-$50k.
