41RAAR – Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

We are a growing, family owned company with a primary retail location in Paterson, NJ and are seeking the right candidate to fill our available Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position(s).

Our Admin/Reception positions are responsible for acting as the face of our company. Warmly greeting customers in person and over the phone, introducing them to a member of our sales team or efficiently handling their requests, the Admin/Reception position sets the professional and caring tone for a great customer experience.

We have full time and part time positions available. All Admin/Receptionists will work some weekends and evenings. Store hours are Monday through Friday 9:30am – 9:00pm, Sat/Sun 9:30am – 6:00pm

$12 – $15/hour based upon experience. 401k and medical insurance is available for Full Time employees. We have both full and part time positions available.
