Customer Service Representative – $15/hour
We are an established and respected Transportation company based in Kearny, NJ that specializes in the delivery of fragile, high-end freight. We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Our Customer Service Rep will be responsible for fielding inbound phones, providing unquestionable customer service, developing relationships with key customers and entering/updating orders in our computer system.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a customer service and support.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Above average computer and technical ability including strong typing skills.
- Integrity, initiative, and a proven work ethic.
- An openness to continual learning and development.
- The willingness to handle any task, no matter how big or small.
- A team player attitude every day.
This position is full time (Monday-Friday) at our distribution center in Kearny, NJ. There will be some overtime for this position. We offer a pay rate of $15/hour for qualified candidates. Additionally, we offer company co-paid medical insurance, access to group Dental/Vision/Aflac and company matched IRA. Paid time off is also available.
